HOW TO ORDER

Ordering is convenient at 99Strings.com. Just follow the simple steps below and you can order securely online:

1)SELECT-Click the 'order' button at the item you want;

2)SHOPPING CART-Review the details of Your Shopping Cart. You can change the quantity of any item, then click "Update Qty." button. You can also remove any item from the Cart by clicking the 'Remove' link. Click the 'Checkout' button when you are ready;

3)SHIPPING- Fill in your Shipping Address and select a type of shipping method; Click 'Continue' to review your shipping charges;

4)PAYMENT- Fill in your credit card information, billing address;

5)REVIEW- click 'Continue' to review the total amount, shipping charges and sale tax (if any) on your order; after you are completely satisfied you can then click the 'Send Order' button. Remember that you can Cancel at any time before clicking the 'Send Order' button;

6)CONFIRMATION- Your order has been placed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At 99Strings.com, we accept Visa and MasterCard. PayPal is preferable for both buyers and us.

SALES TAX: There is no sales tax for U.S. orders.

ORDER SIZE: Any purchase over $350 is not available for first-time customers. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

To provide an affordable and speedy delivery service, we use the following shipping rate table for any size order to our customers in the USA and Canada (except Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and on other International Orders) .

First Class Mail and Priority Mail are provided by US Postal Services. They are affordable and reliable.

Express Mail: one to three-day service includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100. Features include delivery to Post Office boxes and rural addresses, and domestic rates for APO and FPO addresses. Express Mail delivery status is available with Track and Confirm via USPS web site at www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm or by calling USPS at 1-800-222-1811.

UPS Ground: The transit time by the carriers usually ranges 3 to 7 business days depending upon the distance. Add 2 business days as 99Strings.com's shipping lead time for most items. A few items may need longer shipping lead time due to the availability. The UPS Ground is not available outside of the continental America.

SHIP TO ANOTHER PERSON: Sending products or gifts to others is easy. During the step 3(SHIPPING)as mentioned above, just add the appropriate 'Shipping Address'. It is that easy!

All merchandise purchased from 99strings.com has a 30-day unconditional guarantee from the date of purchase except mentioned below. Instruments & Bows All non-defective instruments or bows are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. These items must be returned in "as new" condition.

Otherwise, repair costs or depreciation due to damage may be charged.

Strings All uninstalled strings in their packaging are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Installed strings are non-refundable. If an installed string breaks or unravels within 30 days from purchase, it may be exchanged for the same string only. No refunds will be given.

Instrument Parts All non-installed instrument parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Installed instrument parts are not returnable unless defective. If deemed defective, these parts must be returned within 30 days of installation.

RETURN PROCEDURES

Your order is very important to us! It will be carefully packed and inspected to assure your satisfaction. For purposes of returning items back to us, please retain the original packing materials. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, here's how:

Damaged or Shipped-in-Error Package If your package should arrive damaged or was shipped in error, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at customerservice@99strings.com or call us at (310) 991.8104.

Returning an item

Please email to customerservice@99strings.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Using this number will help ensure a prompt and accurate credit. You need to provide information about the item(s) you are returning, the reason for the return, and what you would like in exchange for the item (choose refund or exchange).

Package the item(s) carefully and with the appropriate padding. Be sure to include the Return Authorization (RA) number on the top of the box . Seal the box well. You may ship your package back to us via UPS, or United States Postal Service. We suggest that you use UPS as packages are tracked from the shipping point to our office. We also suggest that you insure your package for its full value. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
